The 2-3/4" bars of the collar are made from heavy duty skirting leather backed with harness leather. Tugs are doubled and stitched with either brass or stainless hardware. The tugs run through the swells of the saddle. Collar lies along the line of the horse's shoulder freeing up the front end of the horse, keeping the saddle in the desired position. Built with a stainless steel D-ring.
